Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort

We have come for probably 15 years. It never disappoints! This year I feel.like they have really sharpened everything up. The overall look is spotless and the vegetation is gorgeous! Thank you for another great vacation!!

Love Hilton Tapatio Cliffs! Definitely my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at and I stay in a lot of hotels. They have multiple restaurants, 8 pools, hot tubs, a spa, a golf course, a mountain, and more right on their property. You could stay at the resort your whole trip, or you could use it as your home base while you travel. I can’t wait to come back here again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms are spacious, up to date, clean and have balconies. Such a great place!

This hotel is proof that of staff can make all the difference in an experience. The actual rooms are fine; spacious, which is great for families, but a bit dated if you’re looking for that luxurious resort experience. I’m not really that bougie so I don’t mind; everything was clean and well kept. But what made the difference was the staff: Jewel at the pool bar is an absolute GEM. I imagine she deals with exhausted, impatient families on a regular basis, but you would never know because her demeanor is so friendly and upbeat. I also have to give a shoutout to Mark, one of the pool servers, who noticed I had knocked over my completely full drink and went out of the way to make sure I could have another. I felt so embarrassed at first but he assured me me it would be taken care of Finally, and this is specific to the Pointe En Thyme restaurant on the property, but Taylor made one of the best Negronis I’ve had in a LONG time. In all, that makes it worth the trip for me.

Response to owner: I visited and stayed here again last weekend. I talked to Sarah and she mentioned she was not recognized by Hilton Management in my review? I am not sure about Joe and or if he was recognized as well????? This Hilton was a very great place to stay. Nice and clean rooms, very good restaurants, and great customer service from front desk, bell valet and shuttle service and maintenance service staff!!! I would like to recognize Sarah for her hard working service, professionalism and outstanding personality!!! I saw her working hard all the time, picking up trash and even picking up real small pieces of trash on the floor!!! Her area was spotless. We were there for a Radix dance convention and kids of today can be quite messy. Ahhh that’s because of the parent not teaching them by the way!!! Sarah needs to be recognized for her efforts! I also had the pleasure to meet Joe, he works all over and helped us with shuttles and luggage. Joe is another class act with same attributes as Sarah!!! Also needs recognition!!! I needed to go off campus to workout as the fitness center was pretty lame and very small with hardly any weight lifting equipment! Other than that we were very happy to be your guest, thank you Hilton!

Had a great time while here. Room was clean and food at all the restaurants were really good. Staff around the whole resort were very helpful and friendly. Mark that works down at the Cascade Cafe is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Should give him a raise!

Another great stay at Hilton Tapatio. We had a nice quiet corner suite at the top of the resort. Yes it was a walk to all the amenities but as mentioned, it was quiet! The cleaning crew did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked. The falls cafe had great service as well. The one and only bar tender did a fabulous job keeping up with everyone's orders and was friendly. Shout out to Robbie at the front desk. He did a great job at check out

The location is beautiful and secluded yet close to some nearby places to eat. Traffic is heavy in the morning toward Pheonix. The resort has pretty much everything you need to not have to ever leave. There are 6 pools and hot tubs to choose from that offer something for anyone. Laundry is free except soap. Gift shop has practically anything you might need or left behind. Staff is great and really friendly. If you are staying in the upper units, it can be a hike to the lobby or any of the restaurants, so be prepared for exercise or driving. I was here on business for 10 days and loved it minus the commute. I will be back with my family. Recommend staying here for business, pleasure, or family vacation.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully located on the mountainside, giving stunning views of the valley and incredible sunsets. The property is huge, peaceful, and has a true resort vibe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were perfect after a long day of exploring, and I loved waking up to the beautiful scenery right outside the window. The pools were definitely a highlight ,especially the waterfalls and multiple pool areas spread around the resort. Whether you want to relax or enjoy some family fun, there’s something for everyone. The complimentary amenities were great, and the service throughout the resort was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dining options were also impressive. The on-site restaurants offered delicious food with great portion sizes, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs is a wonderful getaway spot. Beautiful property, great service, clean facilities, and a perfect place to relax in Phoenix. Highly recommended .I would definitely stay here again!
